Refund Policy

At Enter Isla Bonita, we want you to be happy with what arrives at your door.

Because many Isla Bonita products are produced or fulfilled specifically for each order, our return policy varies slightly by product type.

Coffee and Tea

For health and food-safety reasons, coffee, tea, and other consumable products cannot be returned once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or unusable, please contact us at cafe@enterislabonita.com as soon as possible and include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Fine Art Prints

Isla Bonita fine-art prints are produced to order. Because they are made specifically for each purchase, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at cafe@enterislabonita.com with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will work with our printing partner to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we made an error with your order, or your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly.

Do not discard the product or original packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as photographs or other information may be required by the fulfillment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly through our fulfillment partners.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at cafe@enterislabonita.com. We will make every reasonable effort to stop the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Policy

Isla Bonita products are fulfilled through carefully selected production and fulfillment partners.

Free U.S. Shipping

At this time, Isla Bonita offers free standard shipping within the United States on eligible products sold through our online store.

Order Processing

Processing time varies depending on the product.

Coffee, tea, artwork, and other products may be produced or prepared after an order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Separate Shipments

Because Isla Bonita works with multiple fulfillment partners, products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

For example, a Café Lucky coffee order and an Isla Bonita fine-art print may be produced and shipped from different locations.

There is no additional shipping charge simply because an order arrives in multiple shipments.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at cafe@enterislabonita.com.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, production schedules, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

We will do our best to assist if there is a significant problem with your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us at cafe@enterislabonita.com with your order number.

For damaged shipments, please retain the product and packaging and provide photographs when possible so we can work with the fulfillment provider.

International Shipping

Isla Bonita currently ships within the United States. International shipping may be added as the Island grows.
